Noelle: To get started, I currently joined, or more recently joined a clinical research organization as the head of research analytics, which has been a really interesting experience so far to be helping people.

I've always been a math nerd, grew up as a math nerd, and honestly, I feel like I entered the industry of AI, ML data science at just the right time.

I had an internship in 2007, and I was actually a QA, engineering intern while I was in grad school.

And I was casually introduced at the time to the director of analytics, and that meeting changed the trajectory of my life and my career. And so my first real job back in 2008 then was doing math and statistics on a trillion-row data set on a petabyte-sized database.”
